Your journey starts with a simple application. Submit your profile, CV, professional experience, preferred type of work, and salary expectations. You only need to provide your information once. Our recruitment team will review your background and determine which available positions are most suitable for your experience and ambitions.
We recruit for a wide range of technical roles, including engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, maintenance, industrial automation, process technology, construction, and technical project support.
After reviewing your application, we may invite you for an introductory conversation to learn more about:

If both sides are interested, we coordinate the interview process. Depending on the company, this may include:

We help you prepare for each interview and remain available throughout the process. When the employer wants to hire you, you will receive an employment offer containing the agreed conditions. You will always have the opportunity to review the offer and ask questions before making a decision.

Once you have accepted a job offer, we help you prepare for your move to the Netherlands. For candidates from EU countries such as Greece, Hungary, and Romania, a Dutch work permit is generally not required. However, moving to another country still involves several practical arrangements.
